It was a cold, dark day on the Mississippi…
Except it wasn't dark…and we were in Texas.
As you can see, I'm a very serious individual who takes a somber position towards life and sees little reason to smile. Unless of course, you actually believe this, in which case I would definitely grin, as I often do.
In my humble opinion, life doesn't deserve its title unless it reflects something actually worth living for.
What's beautiful to me is that I've found precisely that. Perhaps even more stunning is the reality that I'm the one who was found. Nevertheless, life has never been the same.
In addition to being ridiculously blessed with an amazing wife, Tiffani, and a beautiful son, Kason, I’m on a journey towards Jesus with my best friends. As campus missionaries to the students of Texas A&M-Commerce, my wife and I have been so honored to meet friends from all over the world. Although I feel that one day we may indeed spend a season of our lives abroad sharing the gospel with the unreached, for today, there is no other place that I would rather be.
One of the friends I've been so honored to meet is Matthew Armstrong. From the beginning of our first conversations, I knew there was much more in store. I'm stoked about the Living Parable project because it embodies so much of what has transformed my life and ministry. Although we're unsure of the particular destination, we're convinced that the journey we're on is worth it and we would love to invite you along….
